Let's be honest: on paper, Curried Chicken Salad sounds weird and should not taste as good as it does...but the weird, sweet and savory combo is just SO GOOD!  Ours is made with roasted chicken, mayo, a few golden raisins, a few dried cranberries, some chopped apple, organic roasted cashews, a little bit of diced celery, and just the right amount of curry powder to send it over the edge into a delicious oblivion!  If you've never tried it, go ahead and give it a shot - you'll love it...just like the rest of us weirdos! ;)
